"Technical Expertise and Fine Management" Techs are well qualified and most efficient. Garage is equipped with latest tools to diagnose problems and they incorporate the newest computer technologies. Management it top-notch and guarantees efficiency and effectiveness. Fast forward to July 2022 and Coronado Shell remains my choice for the very best auto service. This year, the service I received was excellent as always has been for the last 6 years. My Jeep is a 2003 model. At Coronado Shell I found all I need to keep my vehicle up and running; no need to look elsewhere. The service is not only super-fast but the whole staff are well trained to deliver the best technical support/advice and to make sure the customer experience is guaranteed. Additionally I want to mention that prices are good too.

Great and fast service as usual for my 21 year old Buick with nearly 600k miles on it. The only place I've taken it to for auto repair, smog certificates and oil changes, etc. Owner Ed and his staff are always friendly and helpful.

Good service.

Service was quick (<1hr) in a clean shop. The staff kept updating with how the service is going on. At the end he gave a detailed list of what was done and what needed to be attended to with the car. They are a full service shop able to do various car repairs or maintainance service. No pressure sales talk. Owner even offered a free drink while I waited. Then you get a free car wash too.

Great customer service... they fit me in for a last minute oil change and doubled checked my vehicle right before the holiday drive...thank you

It is very rare to find an honest shop nowadays. These guys are the best. They don’t just make up prices, and will show you a detailed breakdown of cost. They don’t try to up sell. Everyone from the car detailers, mechanics, cashiers to the boss are good hard working people. They make you feel like family unlike dealerships. I will continue to go here for everything including gas, car washes and small to large car repairs.

I have been taking all my vehicles to Coronado Shell for years. My Father also took his vehicles there as well. Ed the Owner is one of the nicest and honest man I’ve met in years. I recently took my 2004 Envoy XUV for repairs, the charges were fair and reasonable. I trust Coronado Shell with my vehicles. Give them try you’ll be pleasantly surprised..

Excellent service, awesome staff of technicians combined with great prices. The smog check for my car was done in les than 25 minutes. Amazingly convenient for a busy person like me.

Perfect for the price and a really good wash. You have to vaccum the inside of your car, but I dont care. Very amicable personnel, middle eastern people that are hard workers and very nice. Worth it, definetly.

They were kind and thorough. Tried their best to work with me. All customer interactions I saw with not just me but those around me were beyond expectations. They did great work and I feel they were honest. They even vacuumed my car afterwards!

I have not been there for a while and the only reason was only " Distance" but after my last visit, I will for sure take my car there for all major work. No one else could have given me the service and the value I received. Thank you Coronado Shell

We've been a loyal customer at Coronado Shell since 1983. We're not only loyal, we are faithful. Our family has several cars and when service is required for any one of them, for example, an oil change, we get a reminder. Repairs are guaranteed, we never have any issues and we're almost on our 36th year being a Coronado Shell customer. That alone will tell you how trustworthy they are.

Great place to bring your car.We've been coming here for years. Ed and the guys always go out of their way to get the car fixed as quickly as possible and help out anyway they can.

Honest, dependable, rare family style setting. Once your a customer you'll never go anywhere else.

It's our local spot. Since adding the carwash, business has been booming for them. Family run and taken over by the son of the original owner, they maintain a good relationship with the customers. They offer discounts on gas with a carwash (about 20 cents per gallon). A regular wash is about $6 and with a full tank fill up, it pretty much pays for itself or is at least an inexpensive car wash. As an additional strategy, I have the monthly $15 car wash club ("unlimited washes" - even 3 or 4 washes are good per month and pays for itself) with the carwash club, you get at least 5 cents additional savings per gallon. Imagine. SO, even though I have the club, I get the carwash for our other vehicle or just give it to my mom AND I'm saving close to 30 cents per gallon!! It beats Costco gas prices and don't forget - plus I have the car wash.
